  1. This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Products and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

  13.   You means the individual accessing or using the Products, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Products, as applicable.

  24. Krivel gives access to users or subscriber the limited access, non assignable and non transferable license to access Krivel as deemed acceptance of Terms of use & Privacy Policy & Refund Policy.
  25. Any content, Information and Instructions in the Website or Application are subject to change anytime without giving prior intimation or notice.

By installing Application you are agrees to provide True Information regarding your Name, Mobile Number , Email , Address and other documentation required under KYC Know your Client and specified by Krivel. Failing to comply with such requirement or wrong interpretation shall lead to Stoppage, Hold or Termination of your Products from us without giving prior notice.
  27. Registering to our Application or giving your information on our website you gives consent to call you or send SMS to your mobile Number even if it is on National Do Not Disturb registered.
